Refund Policy

If any products that are delivered to the customer are in unsatisfactory condition a credit may be issued or the item may be replaced on future orders based on discretion of the farm. Please take a photo of the item at pick up/unpacking to help us trouble shoot any issues. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely. Note that CSA subscriptions for the season are not refunded as single items and seedlings that die under your care or because of environmental issues in a garden site are not refunded.
